Dave has been providing personal consultation to companies and individuals for over 20 years. In addition to real estate experience, Dave has owned and managed marketing/ communication consulting companies in California and Florida.

Included among his clients have been large and small real estate companies, major destination resorts, and economic development organizations involved in the development and sale of properties ranging from single family homes to multiple housing projects.

Professional Education And Designations:

Dave holds MBA and BA degrees from Michigan State University where he received a Graduate Fellowship in Marketing and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, national honorary business fraternity. He has achieved the advanced designations of Graduate of Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Certified Referral Specialist.

He is a member of the Melbourne Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Associations of Realtors, and American Marketing Association.
