Sun Land Realty of Florida, Inc. was formed in 1976 and purchased by Michael and Julia Dreyer in 1981. In 1985, the Dreyers affiliated the company with Coldwell Banker Real Estate. A second location was opened in Melbourne proper in 1989.

Today, the company is comprised of two offices with 50 full time Top Producing real estate agents that hold the coveted GRI, CRS, CRB, LTG, ABR, CCIM, AND SIOR designations.

Coldwell Banker Sun Land Realty of Florida is proud to have sales associates with some of the highest per person productivity in their local association of Realtors, national association of Realtors and the whole Coldwell Banker Real Estate organization. Consequently, the company consistently remains in the Top 10 for companies its size in all the Coldwell Banker Companies in the nation and is ranked by Real Trends magazine in the Top 500 Companies nationwide.
